Christmas for Kids Enrollment Form

We have a special day planned for all kids ages 4 years old through 5th grade on Saturday, December 12th, 2009. There will be Christmas songs, games, and snacks, and most important of all—the Christmas story! Lunch will be served to the children. This special event takes place from 9:15 a.m. to 12 p.m. Register below or call Pastor Endorf (693-8612) by December 11, 2009 if possible. All are welcome even if not pre-registered. Items in bold are required.
